At Bronx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
